Airplane Skipper Club Rental

Skipper UP Club, LLC in conjunction with EAA Chapter 1021 in Alpena has an airplane for rent.
The aircraft is a Cherokee 180 Fixed wing single engine (4 seats / 1 engine).

Entry Fee to the Flying Club......$300.00/Yr.
Aircraft rental will be $50.00 per hour and the cost of fuel.
Must be a Member of the National EAA and Local Chapter 1021 in good standing.
Dues will be $50.00 per month used towards one hour of flight time. If not used, it will be forfeited to the Flight Club.
Renting Pilot will be responsible for their fuel. Plane is to be filled to the tab after every flight. He/She will be responsible for any deductibles if damage occurs.
Renting Pilot must check and maintain the oil level, at or above 6 Qt's.
Renting Pilot must use the aircraft scheduler to reserve the aircraft prior to flight.
Renting Pilot is responsible to keep the aircraft clean inside and out.
Renting Pilot is responsible for recording time in the log book and record all oil that was added for the flight.
Renting Pilot must have a current medical, Private Pilots license, current BFR, 10 hours in Make and model or approved by a CFI for solo flight.
Skipper UP, LLC members are required to participate in all annual maintenance. If not, a $100.00 fee will be paid by the member in place of their participation.
If the plane is used for overnight, renting pilot will be responsible for all over night fees and must pay for at least 2 hours per day. Pilot would be responsible for at least 4 hours of flight time for any over night rental.
Requirements for renting the plane is to be member in good standing of EAA National, EAA #1021, and Skipper Up Club.
